CCI Software can determine what to Order

  • Each stock item supports optional ordering definitions such as "Maximum Par", "Days Retention", "Re-Order Point", "Min. Order Quantity", etc.
  • Inventory items may be assigned default vendors, including vendor product codes, contract purchase price, quote pricing and quality assurance factors.
  • CCI Software can determine what to order and who to order from.
  • CCI Software supports "Just in Time" re-ordering. Sales may increase or decrease, but rest assured that CCI will always order enough stock to last a specific number of days.
  • CCI Software can determine who to order from, by best price, inclusive of optional quality factors.
  • CCI Software creates a suggested order file containing order quantities and a suggested vendor. The suggested order file may be edited, purchase orders generated, etc.
  • When the suggested order file process has been completed, purchase orders may be created.
  • Reduce carrying costs using "Just In Time".
